Adam has always been a true professional when he has performed services at our house. He has completed his tasks quickly and efficiently. He always takes time to explain functions to me on how to operate things before he leaves.
Service was ok. Didn't like the attitude. I felt like I was being called a liar about the circumstances. Also this is the second time this guy has come out and found that something hadn't been done right. I have had the humidifier for 2 years and am just now being told it was not hooked up. Felt like he was saying I had done something to unhook it. I had to pay for something that should have been done 2 years ago.

Arrived to find indoor fan not operational under call call for cooling. Found bad control board. Removed and replaced checked system operation.
Unit shell was rattling. Adjusted some screws. Checked charge all other checks are good
Arrived to find unit out of refrigeration. Gave est of 2500$ to repair acoil. Also needs disconnect replaced

Arrived to find unit off. I gave both units a call for cooling to replicate drainage issues. Upstairs unit needed drain reconfigurations to promote slope away from indoor head. Found corrugated tubing laying on the floor full of water.
Arrived to find bad contactor, removed and replaced only to observe compressor fail while taking pressure readings that were apparently pretty low at start up but do not believe they would have rebounded to acceptable range
Arrived to find upstairs unit out of charge r22 20 yrs old. Customer was informed that repair of existing would be 2500-3k

Customer was smelling vent gasses produced by normal furnace operation. They had a table setting directly in from to concentric vent. Advised homeowner to move the table to minimize exposure to fumes

Arrived to find failed inducer motor failed. Observed internal water damage to furnace. Due to age and condition customer requested consultation for replacement. EST lv7 inducer repair 539$
Arrived to find unit running at about 50% charge. Customer wants to replace leaky evap coil. Iâ€™ve informed the customer that coil will carry 30 warranty from groggs. Customer is aware that this is a nonwarranty equipment repair Service fee charged. Will pay for repair at time of service
Arrived to find air handler extremely dirty. Upon testing system operation blower motor started extremely slowly. Tested capacitor it was basically dead. Removed and replaced 7.5uf. Customer wants to schedule maintenance and have blower pulled and cleaned at that time.
Arrived to find unit nearly out of refrigeration, customer paid a different outfit last year to fill up and he said within 2 weeks it was not cooling. Advised customer that repair cost est approximately 2,000$ system has r22.. informed customer that this refrigeration type isnâ€™t acceptable per epa standard schedule bid for replacement today

Arrived to find breaker tripped out, reset to trip immediately, disconnected compressor wires. Rest break and it didnâ€™t trip. After isolating short and ohm testing I condemn hp. Advised homeowner how to set stat to demand
Arrived to find unit had no pilot. Couldnâ€™t clean to get pilot adjusted in order to make pilot. Needs pilot assembly and tcouple est 400-500$ to get repair unit 35yrs old approximately customer declined repair due to age and condition. Basket filter was completely plugged up, scheduled bid for replacement today
Seized up inducer motor. Removed and replaced, checked system operation. Very dirty system, system hasnâ€™t had good filter discipline, explained every 30 days
Humidifier drain tube missing, added 1/2â€ nylon tubing to tie into existing 3/4â€ pvc. Unclear what happened to the tubing at this time, humidity level was 58% at time of service so I wasnâ€™t able to run humidifier sustainability but it was very evident that leak was a result of missing drain line. Changed aa413 and checked hum pad. All checks good
Arrived to find resettable limit tripped out. Found filter extremely dirty as well as furnace blower cabinet. Explained filter discipline to customer that washable needs done every month or two. Verified operation after resetting switch, cleaned filter and unit was running well. Found 20x25x1 filter in laundry room door plugged as well, est lv 4 209$ for pulling blower and cleaning
Removed and replaced zone damper. Tested function all checks good
Furnace inducer motor is seized, initial repair cost est 539$ +79$ service fee. Overall unit condition is deplorable, I do not recommend repair due to health of furnace. Scheduled bid for replacement today
