Always positive experience with Groggs
Just a note of thanks and appreciation to Grogg’s Heating and Air and to our technician Fred from the Parkersburg area. Amid all of the COVID 19 going’s on, we received a phone call from our local office and was advised the we were due a follow-up service from last year. We scheduled this for today Wed. the 25th and Fred contacted us ahead of the advised time and said that he was in the area and could come by and take care of our service. As I mentioned, this is in the midst of the Corona scare and I had concerns about our safety and his wellbeing also. Fred was VERY understanding and showed a lot of respect for our concerns, he advised me that he would respect our concerns and would do the service call or reschedule if we felt the need to. He made mention to me, as we all have heard that PPE are very scarce and hard to get so I provided some gloves and he proceeded to take care of our service and he kept our distance and the whole call went off very well and we renewed our service agreement with Grogg’s for another year. Hats off and much appreciated thanks to Fred and the Grogg’s team !!
Fredrick was awesome! He took his time & made sure everything was working properly before he left.
Very professional neat and courteous
He was very friendly. He explained what the problem was and how he fixed it. He gave me options about safety and the future. The service was excellent. The cost was reasonable.
