I requested first appointment when I scheduled this appointment for the second time. At 1:30 having not heard a word I started my day. Not pleased we now have to schedule a third appointment appointment.
Greg was very good,He explanied things very well ,he was also very polite. He even talked about a digital smoke and carbon dioxide system you carry. He also put in a order ,for someone to check my hotwater heater. Dominion flagged it because I need a double wall pipe on the exterior from it and also a drip valve ,and have 10 days o get i installed. Very satisfied with tech and company.
The technician was very professional and arrived earlier then predicted. Fixed my furnace quickly and better yet, cheaply. Thanks Groggs
Waited all day for morning appointment. Had to reschedule due to missing parts. Maintenance work was completed. Service rep very professional and thorough
I did reply to another survey request. My appointment was between 8 and 9. I called at 9 and was told that technician was in a meeting and would be there in about 30 minutes. It would have been nice if your company would have called and informed me about this delay. In addition, the tech could not find my house and went up the alley. He asked what turned out to be my wife where I lived. My house number is on the pillar by the sidewalk and over the front porch. Don't know why he couldn't find my address. He didn't really explain the new service plan to me and I asked the gentleman at the office to explain it when I went to pay the bill. I do like Groggs and will continue to call your company for service.
Would of liked to of had an approximate time of service So I wouldn’t have to listen to the wife!

Need to replace gas regulator, will order.
Control board had 24 volts present, will not power, need to replace.
Replaced igniter, system heating properly at this time.
Replaced aqua stat for boiler, received wrong relief valve. Customer will check on relief valve in a couple days now that stat has been replaced and boiler burners are cycling properly, to notify whether or not to re order correct valve. Bill to billing address on file.
Radiator leaking at on connection in upstairs room, was able to tighten connection, will need to run to determine if repair has stopped leak. Customer said that the unit had not lit previously, but has since, been lighting and heating. Checked unit, is igniting properly at this time. Customer will notify if leak continues, or unit does not ignite.

Performed maintenance check, system operating properly at this time.
Gas company had found meter to be bad, causing co level in house to rise. Performed combustion analysis on furnace, operating properly at this time. Customer was told by dominion that after hour fee will be covered by them due to faulty gas meter, will need to bill.
Gas valve selonoid was not staying open, replaced gas valve, ok at this time.
Found ignitor bad, universal did not work, need to order ignitor for Ducane.
Need to order inducer motor and transition adapter.
Apt 1 wall furnace has hole in exchanger, will need bid. Apt 4 pilot assembly orifice was blocked, cleaned, working at this time. Also replaced tstat. Needs quote on wall unit for apt 2, and an additional upstairs unit.
Unit wasnâ€™t igniting to to pressure switch hose being clogged, cleared, ok at this time.
Performed platinum maintenance check, no issues at this time.
Intake on furnace is clogged, removed and unit began operating properly. Will need to schedule to bring 2 3in couplings and cut and clear out intake. Everything else good at this time.
Unit was operating properly at this time, but has stopped and locked out periodically since repair was made, due to water that was in unit inducer, ordering pressure switch.
Batteries in thermostat were dead, replaced, system heating at this time.
At this time, ac is reading proper temperature and pressure with current ambient temperature.
Unit pressure switch was not closing, found trap to be plugged, as well as connection on one of pressure switch hoses. Cleared both, ran combustion analysis, ok at this time.
Found furnace fuse blown due to common wire from tstat, removed, cycled, ok at this time.
Right side of house is not heating properly, duct work is uninsulated in crawl space on that side of house. Need to get with don and find out what needs to be done to correct.
Platinum maintenance check complete, ok at this time.
Cody replaced all 3 pressure switches, I replaced controlboard and ran new wire, unit is coming on at this time
After diagnosing over phone with manufacturer, they are sending two replacement blower motors to eliminate 4 second delay that is causing fan sensor to keep blowers on.
Customer needs to have bid on duct modification and zoning.
