MY ONLY CONCERN WAS IT TOOK FIVE DAYS TO GET A REPRESENTATIVE OUT TO MY HOUSE AND I HAD NO HEAT AT ALL. I HAD TO USE SMALL ELECTRIC HEATERS TO KEEP MY HOUSE AT 62 DEGREES DURING THE DAY BUT AT NIGHT IT GOT DOWN TO 56 DEGREES. I HAVE NEVER HAD TO WAIT FOR SERVICE AND THIS WAS KINDA UPSETTING! THE ONE REASON I WENT WITH GROGGS WAS THE EXCELLENT SERVICE AND EVEN AFTER HOURS THEY HAVE SENT A REPAIRMAN UP. I THINK THAT FIVE DAYS WAS ALITTLE LONG!!!!!!! BUT THIS WAS NOT JOHN'S FAULT.

Unit has a failed blower motor. Ordering from Virginia air.
Preformed heating check.
Bled gas line and system fired right up. Preformed heating check.
Unit was flashing open limit when I arrived. Checked connections and unit fired up. Let run for 15 mins, unit didnâ€™t trip. Temperature rise is good. Found three vents closed and opened them up. Filter is clean. Unit is operating properly at this time.
Preformed heating check on furnace. Changed filter.
Sending another tech out for a second opinion to check heat exchanger.
Furnace checks out fine. Smell is not coming from furnace. Customer had cleaners here yesterday and I believe the smell is from whatever chemicals they used upstairs. Changed filter and water panel.
Limit switch on inducer motor was tripped from a power outage. Reset switch and unit is running.
Capacitor on blower motor was weak causing the blower not to run when I arrived. System was wired incorrectly for heat pump to work in heat mode and was blowing out cold air. Corrected wiring issue and system is functioning properly.Heat pump was low on R22 refrigerant. Added 1 lb of refrigerant to system.
Capacitor on blower motor was weak preventing the blower from kicking on causing the system to trip on high limit. Replaced and system is now operating.
Preformed warranty check on both mini split systems.
Snake bite fitting was not push together all the way.
2 very old furnaces not worth saving. Room where furnaces are Smelled very strong of gas. Not safe. Air conditioners are just as old. Needs an estimate for new equipment.

Checked system for information to get ready to switch furnace to use propane. Ordering from Virginia air, will return at a later date to switch everything around.
No issues to be found. Furnace fired up every time I checked. Preformed heating and cooling check. AC is in rough shape and very low on refrigerant (30 psi on low side). Recommended replacement of System.
Water line to humidifier was turned off. Blower activation switch was turned on for humidistat and would not let the blower shut off because the humidifier could not get satisfied due to no water. Turned water valve on. Turned blower switch off and blower is operating properly. Humidifier should have been checked during last maintenance call.
Power plug on unit just needed reset.

Unit was working fine. Customer called about noise that they heard. I believe noise that was heard was the defrost mode for the heat pump. Fired up heat pump a couple of times and unit sounded just fine. Back up heat is working as well.
Unit has a locked up inducer motor.
Capacitor on blower motor had failed. Replaced and system operating. Blower cabinet is very dirty and motor was covered in an inch of dirt. Customer wants an estimate for a new system. Please call chad to set up appointment.
System low on refrigerant. Filled it back up until we can come back out to repair.
Unit had a failed limit switch. Went to Pams after hours to get replacement. Unit is now up and running.
Cleaned burners and orifice. I did not witness long delay for the burners lighting that customer explained. It is a tall wall unit. Customer would like an estimate for a new system.
