I’ve bought several older homes to rehab and make into rentals. Groggs has handled the heat/AC upgrades for all as well as installing upgraded electric service. They’ve also done the heat/AC for my personal residence. Obviously there is a reason I continue to go back to this company. They know what they are doing and the do it for a reasonable price!!! They also get right on it ASAP if you have a repair issue!!!! I won’t go anywhere else!!!
