Completely satisfied, more than completely satisfied! Matt was a fine example of what customer service should be. He took time to explain exactly what he was doing. He was polite, courtesous, patient and knew his job.
I was very pleased with the service we received. In addition to being a very pleasant person, Ben was knowledgeable and explained the problems we had and our options very well.
Vent has fallen off the wall completely and needs replaced.
Air conditioning maintenance per cozy plus agreement

Furnace repair visit. Customer reported heater was not operating correctly. Investigated and performed heater repair to replace the dirty flame sensor with a new sensor.
Furnace repair visit. 1999 Kenmore furnace. Failed heat exchanger. Carbon Monoxide is out of range. Flames turn a dark orange from blue when the blower kicks on. Furnace is shut off for now. Scheduling future heater repair visit to address issues.
New Membership with drain repair
Unit is working. Control board has multiple corroded areas.
COZY HVAC maintenance visit
Visual inspection and combustion analysis
Blown fuse on board. Bad contactor on ac unit.
Same issues as December, gas well needs addressed before repairs can be beneficial.

Bad high limit switch causing intermittent no heat issues
Intermittent blower failure on 11yo York furnace
All checks on furnace good. Changed 401 filter. Combustion analysis showed safe and efficient operation. Evaporator coil is in rough shape with lots of rust, but refrigerant pressures looked okay on ac unit. Reme bulb was burnt out, quote for bulb replacement will be attached to the email.
Heating maintenance under current COZY HOME PLUS agreement. Furnace is in good shape. Evaporator coil for ac is very rusted and has corrosion (15yo).
