Very professional service from everyone. We was looking for a system based on efficiency and Bosch was the preferred system. Haven't had the system long enough yet to give a response on how efficient it is for our particular home.Very pleased with the system on how quiet it runs.
Called their emergency # late at night and gave my contact info to a real person. A tech called me less than a minute later, and he was extremely helpful. The tech who came to my home acted like I was the most important person he would see that day, was knowledgeable, and answered all my questions. I requested a quote for a new system and had the same experience with the rep who came by to see me. And, no pressure from either person. I'm so completely pleased with their service. Note: I don't know enough about current cost/pricing for this area to rate that part of this survey.
This is a big decision for me, I am a single mother with 3 girls. But there safety will always come first. So if I’m going to do something this big to my home Groggs is the best.
Very knowledgeable and friendly
I appreciate how quickly the technicians were able to come to our house to check our furnace. They were very professional and polite. They gave options going forward and scheduled the person to come and talk to us about a new one. It all happened very quickly and we will get our new furnace on Monday. Thank you so much!
