Grogg's has been our go to HVAC firm for the 10 years I've been pastor. Frank was our guy (may he rest in peace). The new team has stepped up and done excellent service. We are in replacement mode for Boilers and air-conditioners with the Church being 30 years old. Thanks to all the techs for their service.

Performed maintenance on equipment. Changed customer provided filter and verified working status of iWave. Found no issues with the system at this time.
Performed maintenance on AC. Replaced AA213 filter and checked all that I could with current weather conditions and found no issues. Installed surge protection on AC system.
Found failed inducer motor that will not operate. Quoted price for part replacement between $734-$1030. System is 14 years old and with cost of repair it might be a better option to replace system rather than just part. Attached photos of part number and model and serial number. Customer wants to replace motor at this time since they are selling the home.

Igniter is beginning to fail as it is only lighting up less than half way. Discussed repair option with customer and he elected to hold off on repair at this time. Also discussed special we are running for free furnace with AC purchase with customer. He was interested and will call in if wanting to schedule estimate.
