The men arrived a little early, which was fine. They had come all the way from Parkersburg. Very polite and professional. I only had to wait a week for the appointment, since it was not an emergency. The quality of the work was excellent. I do feel however, that $636 to clear a basement drain with a snake and repair a toilet was too much.

Toilet and sewer lines backed up. Couldn’t unplug myself. Another family member recommended Griggs because they had used them.

Mathew was very professional and explained everything he was doing as he looked for the problem with our tankless water heater. If I need service again, I would like to have him come back to do the repairs.

I thought I needed a full toilet replacement, but Matt showed me how my problem wasn't with the whole toilet but just the "guts" inside. He was able to solve the problem for a fraction of the price and time. I appreciated the honesty, and I felt like he really wanted to help without overcharging me.
