Furnace had one fault code #8 loss of flame. Could not reproduce fault code. Checked gas pressures. Incoming is 8.8” wc when off and 6.5 on high fire. Outlet pressures checked ok at 3.5 and 1.6. Checked resistance on pressure switches. Checked ok at 0 resistance individually and across the set. Found 1 very loose spade connector on a pressure switch. Inspected and tightened all of them. Gas valve appears to be over tightened causing wires to rub on the door. Ordering a new gas valve.

Customer is going to need new filter.. did not have available during time of service. Need to get price and availability for gas valve and throttle valve carrier mod. Furnace.

Checked and cleaned furnace and ac system is around 25 years old customer knows it’s age and is interested in future replacement of furnace, a/c and possibly hot water tank

Bad igniter. Removed and replaced tested system operation all checks are good
