Our services are vital to maintaining the health, wellness, and safety of our community. However, we realize that you may be apprehensive about having us in your homes at this time, so we wanted to put your mind at ease by informing you of some of the steps we are taking to ensure you a safe experience.
All vans have ample amounts of hand sanitizer and our technicians are constantly sanitizing and washing their hands. We have a good supply of masks and our technicians will always wear gloves and shoe covers while inside your home.
Our technicians have been taught the necessity of social distancing and will never invade your personal space or make physical contact with you in anyway.
We are cleaning and sanitizing the vans and our office nightly and have taken steps to minimize all employee’s exposure to one another. We have instructed our team that if they feel sick, in any way, to simply stay home until we can be certain that they are able to return to work safely.
We also ask a series of recommended questions to each homeowner before we enter their homes to make sure that our team is aware of any potential health hazards.
