Our furnace gave up the ghost a day prior to the temperature bottoming out in our area. Groggs was able to install our new heating and cooling the next day. Excellent and prompt service. Explained everything including financing options. Very happy customers.

We purchased this Bosch System because of its rating and efficiency. Our old system was no longer efficient so we decided to spend more money than we had originally planned to get a top of the line system. The installation went great, the installers were very knowledgeable at what they were going. We only hope the system lives up to its reputation and performs as the comfort representative said it would. As far as pricing we don't know because we never compared with any other companies. Only problem right now is getting adjusted to the new thermostat and how it works. Thanks You Dave and Debbie Strothers

Great service all the way around. Epson was our service tech that initially came to fix our furnace, but due to the age getting parts would be expensive. So the following day Joe came to give us an estimate for a new furnace. Joe was great, honest explained everything to us from the unit to financing. On Monday morning Chad and Zach installed our new Furnace and A/C unit. They were very professional friendly and polite. They answered all of our questions, explained everything they did and how the new unit works. They did an outstanding job. Definitely recommend using Groggs from the service tech, sales and installation all the guys were fantastic.
Very pleased with two system installation. Chad and Zach are two of the best techs I have experienced in 50 years of home ownership.

Upon inspection found gas issue in entire White House and had plumbing dept fix gas line issues. Also found Goodman furnace with significant repair issues unit needs new heat exchanger, chamber collector box and gas valve to make safe and functional. Also found source of damages due to bad gas line connection and a clogged 1/2 drain line that also needs replaced. Repair cost ballpark 1500-2500$. System is repairable but would advise replacement. Replacement quote would include complete installation of new gas furnace including new drain adding a new return and adjustments to current duct system to complete installation.
Upon inspection found current system to be grossly oversized and it’s also over 20 yrs old, with insufficient return intake air also found 1 supply ducted incorrectly only receiving heat due to installation location. Price includes correctly sized gas furnace and duct modification to fix previously stated issues. 10&10 labor warranty add $550 dollars. Would be furnace only coverage.
Upon unit inspection found a 2 yr old furnace with a 25+ yr old a/c. A/c is currently not working with obsolete refrigerants and needs to be replaced. Price includes complete installation of new a/c including all drain, duct, and wiring upgrades needed to complete installation. 10/10 labor warranty option adds $550 would be a/c only coverage.
Upon inspection found 24 yr old furnace that failed combustion check and needs replaced. Also found leak in evaporator coil that also would need replaced. Recommend complete system replacement to provide a complete quality installation. Price includes complete installation furnace and a/c including all misc. materials to be addressed drain, vents and upsizing 1 return to improve system operation. 10/10 warranty option. $850
