Customer having problems with mini split system. Arrived to find system out of refrigerant. Replaced all flare fittings with pro-fit fittings. Pressured up to 600 psi and bubble checked. Found no leaks. Vacuumed down. Pressured up again to 600 psi and performed a leak search. Device found no leaks. Vacuumed down again to 290 microns. There is another leak I could not find. Chris has talked to the customer.

Replaced blown fuse and a weak capacitor. AC is running and cooling down the house. Customer will need to have her maintenance scheduled before fall of this year to verify safe operation of the furnace. Customer was also interested in our air cleaners and a tankless hot water tank.

Performed heating and cooling maintenance check. Furnace is operating perfectly, AC is R22 system, but is still holding its charge and operating properly.

Few issues. Humidifier water valve was left off, humidistat is in the wrong location, water leak coming off the exhaust pipe, hose clamp needs tightened down.

Found system not working. No codes were on board. Pulled wire from transformer and reconnected and system started up. Hard reset of unit and stat seems to have fixed issue. Replacing stat and Advising customer that if issue persists to power cycle and we will replace the control board.

Replaced faulty heat kit with new one.

No guarantee the rest of the system will pass inspection. Unfortunate aspect is we cannot test it unless it’s repaired first.

Inducer motor replacement, adding supply, and return.

Filter upgrade, repair duct that is falling apart above furnace, surge protectors, cleaning blower compartment.

AC system is operating great, but unfortunately the furnace failed the safety inspection, heat exchanger finally cracked open producing a huge amount of carbon monoxide. Comfort advisor is scheduled to arrive today to provide replacement options. Technician Chris and Alex

Service Call Platinum Client Heat exchanger and inducer motor have rusted out. Parts are still covered under warranty, labor would be the responsibility of the customer. Waiting for a return call from parts company for availability.

Service Call After Hours Fee Defective pressure switch was shutting the system down with a code, installed a universal just to get the customer up and running during the weekend. first thing Monday morning I will order a replacement warranty part and when it arrives we will come back and perform both the repair and the owed maintenance check.
