Chris Dehnart did a great job fixing my GE Profile refrigerator/freezer.
Service Call Platinum Client The system is low on refrigerant, I would guess 4-5 lbs. Found the leak in the evaporator coil. Waiting to hear back on warranty status on the coil. The customer said if cover they will go ahead and have it replaced, if not they will likely just have the system charged and see how long it will last.
Installed a new RGF Reme LED Advanced Oxidation Plasma creating cell consisting of Ionized Hydro-peroxides, Super oxide ions, and Hydroxide ions.
Service Call Platinum Client The system is 17 years old, and the overall condition is inferior. The sequencer shorted out, causing the heat strip to stay on when it should have been off. Identified burnt electrical wiring and safety device. Refer to photos. These parts were likely damaged by the excessive water draining off the coil when the drain plugged up. The evaporator coil itself is in terrible condition and is likely where the refrigerant has been leaking out. Corrosion, in combination with age, has eaten away the aluminum and would need to be replaced. My professional opinion is not to have this system repaired. The overall condition, coupled with the age and the fact that it is still running on R22 refrigerant, leaves us with the very high cost of repair with little to no assurance or guarantee that the customer will get adequate life from the rest of the system. We can only warranty the parts installed; everything else is old, worn out, and will have no warranty or guar
Service Call: AC system was locked out because the stat wire from the furnace to the thermostat is shorted someplace. The customer had me wire it so just the ac will operate. They are going to run the wire themselves.

Service Call Platinum Client The system is 22-23 years old, the furnace was reading a bit high on the Co(0) starting at 385 and settling at about 254.
Service Call Platinum Client Inspected ductwork in the crawl space; one line needs to be replaced. Excessive moisture and water underneath, but the customer has some drainage installed to help reduce that.
Replaced condenser fan motor.
We have a lot going on with these units due to age and wear. Systems are 20 years old, main floor AC system has a leak and is low on refrigerant. The furnace on the main floor will not stay running long enough to get a good read on how it’s performing, but the C0 levels were elevated.
INSTALLED WARRANTY TXV EXPANSION VALVE
Replaced a noisy transformer, tested operation
Replaced outdoor fan motor parts and labor covered under warranty.
Installed a Reme LED and repaired AC with a warranty repair on the evaporator coil.
Performed maintenance on both the AC and the furnace.
Rewired electronic board, system operating properly.
Found the underlying issue with the humidifier causing the board to go bad, disconnect the humidifier and customer is going to have replaced closer to fall season.
Adjusted Reme Halo down to a appropriate level, adjusted fan control to run continuous at a low speed and performed a combustion check which came back great.
Combustion check and installation of a co detector
Heating maintenance, deep clean of the mini split, and installed Reme LED
System maintenance resolved the issue with the furnace not staying lit.
Diagnosed and replaced a bad igniter. Tested operation, system is heating properly.
Performed a safety and maintenance check on the furnace.
