Mr. Espinoso was very courteous, friendly, and explained everything that he was working on. He always wore shoe coverings, which I really appreciated, since I have white carpeting.
We haven’t had a good experience since our AC was installed 3 years ago, but Epson was polite, informative & got the AC working again. Although I don’t think it’s fair that we were charged for many mistakes made by your workers or manufacturer quality I do think you should stand behind the product you sell & install. I would never take this out on the technician as I work in customer service as well. Just my thoughts.

He communicated with me by text messaging in a very timely manner..especially under the circumstances we live in today. And then the experience got even better!! Epson Espinosa and Caleb Ross arrived to install the equipment. While I was not present during the entire time these two professionals were at our house, it was obvious they had done an excellent job. My observation was they were a TEAM!! Both of these men were excellent at communicating with the customer. Personable, caring, knowledgeable, and very professional. Service Call Platinum Client Old r22 air conditioning and furnace system with filtration issues, bad capacitors, and not performing as expected due to aged and current condition. The homeowner is getting an estimate for replacement.
