We have always experienced wonderful service and value from Groggs. Today I was disappointed to have paid $75 for a clamp for a hose! Although the price I feel was outrageous, it doesn't take away from the excellent service they provide!

After seeing a voltage fault code on our thermostat, I called Groggs and within 90 minutes, Robert a.k.a. Leroy Beck arrived. He listened, asked questions, checked our system inside and outside to make sure there was no problem. Leroy is knowledgeable, polite and efficient. The fault was simply a result of a brief power outage! As soon as communication was restored within the system, the error code was reset. We are relieved and thrilled with the service we receive every time we call Groggs! Happy New Year, Leroy…you Rock!

Service Call Platinum Client Arrived to find when customers roof was installed concentric vent was cut and will need to be replaced. Quoted customer for repair. Will need to reschedule when we can come back and install new vent. Customer is best available on thursdays and fridays.
Service Call Fee: Arrived to find the filter operating properly but after waiting it for awhile saw the system was giving a code for high voltage. Checked incoming voltage and transformer. All checked good. Door panel is looking to have failed and is not covered under system warranty. Talked to customer with some options given by manager. Customer wants to wait before proceeding either way.
