Timely and professional
They techs where very nice and polite but after I asked many times if maybe my duct work had holes or unhooked I was told defiantly not that my system was old and needed replaced. After a short you tube video and tested stuff myself found my blower fan not working up to par 200$ and fixed the duct work that was loose my ac is back and works great they charged me 300$+ would not recommend groggs as they just want to sell you a new unit for 10k plus they told me the fan would be close to a 1000$ to replace fan alone
Outstanding technician

Performed Platinum Comfort Club Membership Tune-Up on Cooling System 2010 split system w/ 16x20x1 filter. On outdoor unit found 40/5mfd dual capacitor out of range reading a 30mfd compressor side. Replaced capacitor and getting good amp draws and temperature at lines and through vents. All other checks good at this time. Would recommend surge protection for unit since it still has plenty of life left however is out of parts warranty given its age.

Noticeable buildup on filter for being at 8months time. Spoke to customer about options of duct cleaning and air purification. Given uncertain evidence of cleaning needed and environment of home, advised that the REME LED option was most likely best route to take, left quotes for pricing reference. Performed Platinum Comfort Club Membership Tune-Up on Cooling System Performed maintenance check on 2014 York split system a/c with AA413 filter. Explained operation to customer of her mini split remote and humidifier functions. Outdoor unit makes loud whine at start up for a few seconds, goes away but loses amp draw. After short period of time you can hear compressor actually kick in and then operates properly under normal amps. Advise to monitor the system and if it shows to be an issue, possibly consider a delay control method to fully vaporize refrigerant to prevent potential of liquid back flow into compressor. All other checks good at this time.
