Announcing Operation Warm Wishes 2025
Every year, the NearU family of brands, including Grogg’s Home Services, joins together to bring the gift of reliable comfort to a local person or family in need. Through Operation Warm Wishes, we donate and install a brand-new, high-efficiency heating and cooling system to ensure one deserving household has the warmth and security they deserve.
This year, we are thrilled to partner with the generous team at Virginia Air, who will be providing the new HVAC system. Our certified technicians at Grogg’s will then provide the complete, professional installation at no cost to the recipient.

We’ve made the nomination process simple. Here is everything you need to know:
- Who is Eligible? The nominee must be the homeowner and their home must be located within the Grogg’s Home Services service area. One entry per person.
- How to Nominate: Simply click the button below to access our secure nomination form. You’ll be asked to share the story of the person or family you are nominating.
- Key Dates: Nominations are open now and will be accepted until Giving Tuesday, December 2, 2025, when we will announce the winner.
