Extremely polite, knowledgeable and professional. Expected job to take much longer but was pleasantly surprised when it took much less time. Also, liked that there was no cleanup after the job was finished. Great service!

My feedback is no reflection on Jordan at all, he was very professional and helpful. The issue wasn’t resolved because because you don’t have a hydro jet or camera. Could only go down 30 feet with snake which didn’t reach clog. No camera.. how does a plumbing company not have a pipe camera? Groggs (not Jordan) fell short of my expectations. I’m out $800 and problem not solved, not even a little.
The service was great and quick, however it was very expensive.

My faucet outside wasn't working well for me. He gave me options and gave me his opinion and I felt he really knew what he was talking about. I enjoyed his sense of humor as well. When it came time to pay it was all done manually, who does that anymore? Helllooo? Move on up, these guys can still leave notes but they need that slider bar for payment. (Even the little girl selling lemonade on the corner has one!)

Misc. supplies -customer is going to order new cartridge for faucet and have us come back to install.
Misc. supplies -smell is coming from dead mouse from under vanity.
Misc. supplies -pulled toilet we worked on in march and added another wax ring due to toilet leaking when flushed.

Misc. supplies -capped of and abandoned line off of main sewer that was leaking into crawl space
Misc. supplies -installed customer provided toilet, hooked up gas range, and rebuilt sink drain in the kitchen.
Misc. supplies - Informed customer that she needs a power vent water heater, she is going to think about it
Misc. supplies -ran water in kitchen sink,bathtub,vanity, and flushed the toilet multiple times and didn’t see any sign of the sewer backing up.
CLEAN FAUCET AERATOR
Misc. supplies -replaced s-trap under kitchen sink
Misc. supplies -pulled toilet and ran snake with no success. City came out to run camera but couldn’t get it to go through the drain line. Recommend customer clear area where main stack is and put a clean out there for better access.
Misc. supplies -cutting out leaking fitting and rebuilding with new fittings and threading pipe. 4 hours of work.
Misc. supplies -flame sensor on water heater needs replaced, customer is going to order part in install.
Misc. supplies -cleaned shower cartridge and shower head. Found water heater was leaking, tenet is going to notify landlord.
Misc. supplies -fixed leak in upstairs bathroom hot water line to vanity.
Misc. supplies -replaced leaking needle valve to ice maker. Fitting on the fridge was leaking so the new valve to ice maker is off. Homeowner said they would take care of fitting on fridge.
