Best Advice to Customers: Trust the professional technicians advice and don't be afraid to ask. Many here at Grogg's love to teach you about what you're receiving and it may help you maintain your system just from acquiring some base knowledge.

Matt was the service technician and was very good. He explained what he was going to do and then what the condition of my HVAC system. Very nice, polite young man.
Technician was knowledgeable, friendly and efficient.
Matt was very personable with excellent communication skills. He talked easily with me and others in my home. He also demonstrated several things I asked about including how to remove the April Aire filter. I took a video as he showed me how. I felt extremely confident that he completed all his tasks and in a thorough manner. I feel he is a valuable employee to Grogg’s.
Tech was very thorough, professional and informative. Would highly recommend!
The two guys that came for a Furnace Inspection were Great.. Don't Lose Them!!!

Performed Platinum Comfort Club Membership Tune-Up on Heating System 2014 Carrier heat pump system w/ AA213 filter and heat strips as back up heat. All checks good at this time both heating and cooling side and system has been cleaned and is operating properly. Performed Platinum Comfort Club Membership Tune-Up on Cooling System
Performed Platinum Comfort Club Membership Tune-Up on Heating System 2021 Heil split system w/ AA413 filter. All checks good at this time.
Performed Platinum Comfort Club Membership Tune-Up on Heating System Rheem package unit using 24x24x1 filter.
Performed Platinum Comfort Club Membership Tune-Up on Heating System Arcoaire split system furnace w/ 20x25x1 filter. Gas pressure good along with in range amp draws on blower and inducer motors, tight electrical connections. System was cycling on and off due to toggling pressure switches. Switches are in working order (previously replaced 12/21) however drains, tubing, and collection box were clogged. Cleared them all and adjusted length of one pressure switch tubing and system began to work properly. Cleaned flame sensor and inside of cabinet, all other checks good at this time.
Performed Platinum Comfort Club Membership Tune-Up on Heating System 1999 Goodman furnace w/ 16x25x1 filter. All checks good at this time. System passed combustion analysis, but with slightly elevated CO(O) readings yet still in range. Customer would like to get a Defender CO detector today.

Performed Platinum Comfort Club Membership Tune-Up on Heating System 2011 Goodman split system w/ 16x20x1 filter. All checks good at this time and system is operating properly.
Performed Platinum Comfort Club Membership Tune-Up on Heating System Ruud split system AA213 filter. Customer recently had ducts cleaned and is doing construction in the home, so is choosing to wait til things settle before replacing filter. All checks good at this time and operating properly. *customer would like to see if we can schedule someone to come out and move her ecobee tstat into the wall adjacent to current location, didn’t have ability to do during today’s maintenance visit.
Performed Platinum Comfort Club Membership Tune-Up on Cooling System 2014 American Standard split system w/ AA313 filter. Replaced filter. All checks good at this time.
Performed Platinum Comfort Club Membership Tune-Up on Heating System 2010 Broan 2 ton split system w/ AA413 filter. Replaced filter. All checks read good at this time, however given the low outdoor temp, cannot get accurate pressure reading on refrigerant and could be a little low. Both indoor run cap and dual cap outside replaced last visit and are well in range. If issue with cooling next season we may need to revisit at a warmer time of year.
Performed Platinum Comfort Club Membership Tune-Up on Heating System 2018 Heil split system w/ AA313 filter. Replaced filter, warm enough outside to clean condenser coil. All checks good at this time. Customer will renew Cozy HVAC Yearly plan today.

Performed Platinum Comfort Club Membership Tune-Up on Heating System 2013 York split system w/ AA413 filter. All checks good at this time. Customer was interested in humidity control options and air purification. Left quote I feel best suited for what homeowner wants, along with a couple separate potential options for surge protection and Plasma air for additional purification if interested.
Performed Platinum Comfort Club Membership Tune-Up on Heating System 2012 Goodman furnace w/ 16x25x5 filter. All checks good at this time.
2010 Trane system w/ Skuttle 20x25x5 filter. Replaced filter. All checks good at this time
(2) 2018 Ruud split systems both w/ AA413 filters and AA700 humidifiers. Replaced one filter and water panel #35. All checks good at this time and equipment is operating properly.
Performed both heating and cooling check and changed filter. All systems functioning properly.
Performed Platinum Comfort Club Membership Tune-Up on Heating System 2020 Amana split system w/ AA213 filter and AA500 (#10) humidifier. Replaced filter. All checks good at this time.
