Your tech Klye went above and beyond to make sure that our problems were solved and that we had heat on one of the worst cold nights of the season. Kyle is to be commended and he is an employee that others should strive to be.
Very impressed with Kyle. He is extremely professional and friendly. Happy we went with Grogg's. Kyle arrived in 10 degree weather and stayed with the task until he found the trouble and had us up and running. Great Guy.

Groggs was able to come same day and fixed furnace within an hour. However I did feel the replaced part was overly priced.
Service Call Platinum Client york affinity with affinity thermostat. complaint was unit was not shutting off. did put both phsycrometers and thermostat read withing 1.5 degree the whole runtime did let thermostat satisfy twice and both condenser and furnace shut off as needed. pressures were 115/265 coil temp 35 (return temp 67) could not get thermostat to hold Call everything worked properly. however did find txv bulb loose did correct also thermostat is located in a room below return with one supply and a number of windows did close blinds and shut door and temp split from probes almost went within a degree in 5 mins
Service No Charge r-22 unit from 1997 low on r-22 refrigerate. did advise customer of price per lb he declined to charge it. he also declined the monthly maintenance plan after being informed to pay the service fee. customer also did not have means to pay service charge. was informed to try and pay by the end of the day. customer wants to go through home warranty first to see if they will replace or repair. I did inform him we don't do home warranty work.
Service Call Platinum Client found gas union outside of cabinet to be leaking did confirm with bubbles. did manage to tighten union to stop gas leak also confirmed with bubbles. attached before repair and after repair pictures to Work order. no gas leaks at this time did bubble check every other connection to be sure
Service Call Platinum Client found cpvc drain that we connected to to be clogged used nitrogen cleared drain verified clear drain then did put vinegar in traps also. did check pressures due to history 112/259 coil temp 36.6 @ 60 ambient no issues at this time
Service Call Platinum Client pressures were 113/266 did drive up liquid Saturation to 80 degrees ambient temp is 50 vapor Saturation is 34 return temp is 67 customer complaint was had to keep turning down thermostat to get unit to kick on did find that thermostat was scheduled to cool to 78 did set all days to 68 do believe this was the issue pressures looked good Givin the ambient temperature.
Service Call Platinum Client customer attempted to change ecm motor had wiring in airhandler to be incorrect. did rewire entire unit. found contactor to be bad as well as ecm motor to be fried motor will start and run for a second and repeat to try to run didnswap ecm with old motor and same outcome did quote ecm motor customer decided to replace ecm.
Service Call Platinum Client tested humidity in home with My psychometer tested at 41 percent typically want the house between 35-45 percent anything above 45 percent can start mold growth humidifier working fine. did change both pad and filter 413 and did renew two year a check. also sold duct cleaning scheduled for may 31

Performed Platinum Comfort Club Membership Tune-Up on Heating System coo read 70 ppm (is elevated ) 5.5 % 02 blower amps 5.21 inducer 1.55 blower cap tested within range pulled blower motor to inspect heat exchanger did nit find any cracks however heat exchanger is in very poor condition would suggest replacing unit before heat exchanger fails Performed Platinum Comfort Club Membership Tune-Up on Cooling System pressure were 114/229 38 degree Saturation temp capacitor tested while running tested at 39.8 /4.9 all within range no contactor cleaned coils System is from 2009 do recommend replacing system if any repair is needed did add filter size

Service No Charge did not find any issues with systems however the bryant for furnace in garage is old and is on its last leg compressor pulling high amps and is r22 as well as main system is r22. do recommend replacing unitts if issue occurs did nit find any issues with other two units. customer declined maintenance plans on units

Performed Platinum Comfort Club Membership Tune-Up on Cooling System pressures were 131/260 coil temp was 45 degrees subcooling was at 5 capacitor tested within range (40/5) compressor amp draw 5.56 fan amp draw was .68 did wash coils did not find any issues with ac at this time did talk to customer about reme halo and did quote reme will really help with indoor air quality.
Performed Platinum Comfort Club Membership Tune-Up on Cooling System found dead capacitor on outdoor unit replaced compressor drawing 11.11 amps fan 0.81 amps pressures 118/261 vapor Saturation is 39.9 filter was pretty dirty and did replace filter no issues with system at this time
Performed Platinum Comfort Club Membership Tune-Up on Cooling System unit is from 2020 registered under different homeowner (no warranty did confirm through jonstone.) unit is 3 tons and was paired with ac coil from 2009 that is a 4 ton coil. also has no line dryer added. pressures were 80 / 285 coil Saturation temp was below freezing pressures were low do believe their to be other issues. did set up lead for may 3 2022 Performed Platinum Comfort Club Membership Tune-Up on Heating System found goodman furnace from 2009 to be in very poor condition coo reading 250 (elevated) gas pressures set to 3.25 still no result blower cabinet very dirty as well as wheel. do recommend this unit to be replaced
