Arrived on time and were pleasant and courteous. They did excellent work
Work was quoted at $328. Plumbers told me of unexpected/unquoted repair issues encountered during day of repair. I wanted to understand these things do happen. My quoted amount of $328 became $904… I’m an older person on a fixed income.. on the positive, repairs are guaranteed for 1 year.
Grogg’s did a great job installing our new hot water heater. Professional and friendly.
John arrived at my house ready to give me a quote for some plumbing work. He had to go under my home into a crawl space. He went in, took pictures of the work while his partner was working on a quote for me. He was very nice and we chatted a bit while I was getting my quote put together. Very nice personality.
Would use them again
John Thompson has always provided excellent service to Christ Lutheran Church.for the past 20 years. He always answers questions and will give advice to care for your investment. John also thinks ahead and makes sure if we would have a problem we have the equipment to fix it as quickly as possible. Wonderful service!
On time, polite and knowledgeable. Prices were a little high, but that isn't the technicians fault.
Did the job, was very nice
Arrived early, and were very efficient and professional.
Called for estimate.Liked what was offered and they installed right then and there.
Excelent and timely work
We use Grogg’s a lot because of the great service — and this visit was no exception! We were able to get an appointment within a short timeframe; I was notified when the technicians were on their way; John and Zack (?) were both pleasant; they applied themselves to the task diligently; John suggested an approach that improved our situation, and was done within an hour. Wonderful!
