Unit had a blown fuse in the system preventing operation. Repaired broken wire in furnace and replaced fuse. Also found and repaired several wires inside condenser unit that mice had chewed up. Replaced thermostat per customer request and discussed an air cleaner for the home because I noticed mold growth on evaporator drain pan.

Customer said blower was not circulating air through the house, but OFM and compressor were running. They had turned off the system. Turned on the system as soon as I got here and everything came on and was working. Found no wiring issues. Turned system off and on a few times to try and recreate the problem. Each time the system came on and worked without fail. Intermittent issue causing the blower to not work. Left quote for repair. Customer deciding between repair and replacement.

Customer said OFM would run whether the unit was on or off. Verified good contactor and compressor. Both operating as they should. Found another company wired in the OFM wrong so it was constantly getting 240V. Rewired system. Turned on and off and tested. Cooling well. Confirmed operation.
