Customer has multiple gas leaks in the home. Leaks not tied to boiler system. This would be a plumbing job. Gave instruction to customer to shut gas and power off to the boiler. Customer had questions about switching to different kind of gas pipe and pricing that I was not equipped to answer.

Performed Platinum Comfort Club Membership Tune-Up on Cooling System: Performed yearly maintenance on the cooling equipment. Checked the disconnect and thermostat wiring. Checked the capacitor and motor amps. Cleaned the outside condenser coil. Checked the refrigerant pressure and temperatures. Everything checks out good.

Performed Platinum Comfort Club Membership Tune-Up on Heating System: Performed maintenance on 2 heat pump systems, all electric no gas present. Inside air handler is a York w/ AA313 filter. Under the house is a Nordyne air handler for Philco heat pump w/ Skuttle 16x25x5 filter. All checks good at this time.

Performed annual maintenance on equipment.

Preformed heating and cooling check. Installed surge protector.

H/p thermostat not programmed for electric heat or reversing valve operation. Stat wire has multiple splice repairs causing no reversing valve operation outside . Identified splice problem in crawl space and repaired. Rewired connections in attic also adjusted fan speed down from high speed to 2.5 ton capacity.

Move heat pump around corner of house, disconnect, pad, add supply run by front door, upsize 3 supply runs, 10 kw heat strip, upsize filter grill

Arrived and found system nearly empty of Refrigerant. Fuse was also blown from wire short at condenser stat wire. It may be time to think about a more efficient system.

Arrived to find 35/5 cap bad. Removed and replaced capacitor tested system operation all checks good Explained 30 day guarantee on repair due to age and condition. Had bid in March

I was attacked and bitten by brown dog chained outside. After finally arriving to condenser unit found condenser fan motor not running with compressor operation, I attempted to power down hp but disconnect was damaged and had to power down at breaker box. Tested capacitor 56/4.98 diagnosis condenser fan motor bad. R22 system not in good condition recommended replacement unit

5 ton carrier system running at capacity has heat loss through attic return duct. Also has flex in poor condition, bare metal exposed in attic. May need duct mods or repairs to further fine tune system...

Plumbing Service- French Drain Repair

Arrived and found line wire loose to condenser fan. Secured wire and fan stayed running. Pressures and amp draws are good. System is operating properly at this time. Noticed no surge protection or lockout caps installed.

Plumbing Service- Fix leak in home

Arrived and found common wire burned from dual capacitor. Replaced 45/5 cap and repaired wiring. Pressures look good. System is operating properly at this time. Maintenance may benefit system. This system is a Goodman with R22 refrigerant.
