We purchased this Bosch System because of its rating and efficiency. Our old system was no longer efficient so we decided to spend more money than we had originally planned to get a top of the line system. The installation went great, the installers were very knowledgeable at what they were going. We only hope the system lives up to its reputation and performs as the comfort representative said it would. As far as pricing we don't know because we never compared with any other companies. Replacement of failed C02 Monitor

Replaced C02 Monitor which failed while under warranty. Easy and quick job done by courteous technician.
Bad gas valve
Performed maintenance on equipment. Changed AA213 filter and checked steam humidifier canister. Verified working status of whole home surge protector, REME Halo and dehumidifier. Cleaned dehumidifier filter as well. Found no issues with system at this time. Renewed maintenance agreement with customer.
Performed maintenance on less than one year old furnace and 10 year old AC. Changed AA413 and #35 filters. Recommend surge protection for furnace. All checks were good.
Water panel was not sitting in drain port properly. Repositioned water panel to drain properly. Also tightened bushing on water solenoid. Cleaned up water puddle on floor.
Unit is working. Control board has multiple corroded areas.
33 yr old duramatic furnace. Door panel was not making good contact with door switch causing the system to not power on. Replaced customer supplied filter and checked operation of furnace. System passes combustion analysis for safe operation. Cpvc drain trap has a small water leak to it, customer will take care of. Unable to find any other issue with unit just besides age. Explained to customer that we can not guarantee proper operating of unit due to the ash of it.
AC repair visit. Customer having issues with upstairs air handler. found EEV Stepper motor coil was bad. Fault codes and resistance test confirmed it was bad. Ordering new part from RE Michel, advised customer we will be in contact to complete air conditioning repair when part arrives.
Board is burnt. Capacitor is out of range. Board is burnt. Capacitor is very high out of range. Recommending surge protection with repair.
Performed owed cooling check. Changed AA213 filter and found no issues with the system at this time. Discussed maintenance renewal and customer elected to hold off on renewing at this time.
Found main limit switch was unable to reset after it tripped on high temperature. Reduced gas pressure from 3.7 down to 3.2 inwg. Replaced temperature limit switch under warranty. Customer has maintained maintenance on unit so there is no labor charge today. Added surge protection to unit today.
Replaced blower motor under warranty. Replaced transformer and control board on previous visit. Used van stock for transformer, no need to return when warranty transformer comes in.
Replaced failed transformer and control board on furnace. installed in may of 22. Still need to replace blower motor. Will have to check with supply house for availability. Need scheduled to come back when part is available.
Performed maintenance on equipment. Furnace in garage wouldn’t ignite when I arrived and found igniter had broken. Drain line has also been broken and will need repaired as well. Will have service call scheduled to address furnace not operating.
Blower cleaning and filtration upgrade.
Performed COZY HVAC inspection on heating and cooling systems. Ac looks good. Furnace was overheating. Blower was very dirty, filtration not doing an adequate job for the system. Return visit for cleaning and filtration upgrade has been scheduled for Thursday.
