Water Heater Repair: Upon receiving a service request regarding water leakage around the water heater, we promptly inspected the unit. The investigation uncovered a leaking pressure relief valve. Our technicians replaced the faulty valve, resolving the leakage issue and ensuring the water heater operates safely and efficiently.

Heating Repair Service: Upon arrival at a property with a malfunctioning heat pump exhibiting erratic behavior between heating and cooling modes, I delved into a thorough inspection. The root cause was determined to be a faulty reversing valve. I replaced the defective valve, ensuring that the heat pump could seamlessly switch between heating and cooling modes as intended, thereby restoring its operational functionality. With the system's proper function confirmed, I discussed our maintenance plans with the homeowner to ensure the system's ongoing efficiency.

Quoted for new power vent water heater. Was more than the customer was expecting so they are going to think about it and call us back.

Installed RGF product per Tim. Confirmed operation. Recommend a duct cleaning to include blower pull and clean to remove built up dust (see picture) that could be affecting air flow.

Performed maintenance on package unit. Changed AA313 filter and verified working status of plasma air. Recommended surge protection for system. All checks were good. Found no issues with the equipment at this time.

Outside package unit not running. Found a bad thermostat. Replaced thermostat and verified proper operation.

20 year old air conditioning failing. Homeowner has a appointment with a sales representative.

Performed cooling tune-up. Found no issues.

Changed AA213 filter, verified working status of equipment and cleaned each system. All checks were good. Premier program member.

Performed cooling check on equipment. Changed 25-25-1 filter and found sign of surge at disconnect box as plastic had slightly melted but it is still functioning properly. Surge protectors are already installed on each system and are still working. Blower wheel has build up inside of it and would benefit from deep cleaning. With equipment age customer will just let it continue to run as is until it needs replaced.

Found and repaired burnt wire inside condenser connecting to contactor. Hooked up hose to washer line and sprayed condenser coil out.

Replaced inverter kit under warranty.

Ran water heater through a cycle, checked water pressure and temperature, all were good. Relief vale was working properly.

Found a few setup errors with installation on airflow, TXV bulb, and ac stage wiring. I added a jumper for y1 to y2 to get high stage cooling airflow. Re-seated TXV bulb that was upside down. Adjusted high cooling airflow to 1050cfm +10%. Verified subcooling on refrigerant charge. System seems to be running well and cooling with good airflow at this time.

1990 heil ac unit is empty of outdated r22 refrigerant. Fan motor for unit also sounds like it is failing. Customer is getting a quote to replace the system today.

2017 Mitsubishi mini split system. All checks good at this time

2006 Arcoaire split system using AA401 filter. Replaced filter. All checks good at this time. Customer will renew Cozy HVAC Yearly today.

2014 Carrier split system w/ AA413 filter. All checks good at this time. Outside a/c placement pad is somewhat settling into the divot on the side of the home. Currently not an issue, however if over time it continues to dip and cause further unleveling of equipment could be potentially hard on the compressor. Customer is a Cozy Home Plus monthly member and does not need to renew.

15 yr old Coleman mobile home furnace had a failed capacitor on the blower motor. Replaced capacitor and explained to customer the possibility of motor failing in near future due to age of the system. Also checked 14 yr old Goodman ac unit to find a weak capacitor and unit low on refrigerant. Replaced capacitor and added one pound of refrigerant to the system.

Performed maintenance on equipment. Filter size is 16-25-1 and verified working status of surge protector on furnace, humidifier and plasma air purifier on system. Installed surge protector for AC system as well. All checks were good. Signed customer up for maintenance agreement.

2018 heil outdoor unit is not working. Verified that we have power and 24v signal for cooling. Status indicator light is solid for standby. Reset power to unit but that did not help. Inverter aoc board is on order and parts will be expedited.

Furnace drain hose was left unattached from the drain pan trap. Water had been pooling in the inducer cabinet and leaking into the gravel around the crawl space furnace. I reattached the rubber drain hose and secured it with a hose clamp.

Adjusted fan speed tap from tap 4 down to tap 3 to match the 3.5 ton unit and also placed txv sensing bulb in correct position on suction line. System running with a 21 degree temperature drop and pressure of 122/300. Cleared drain trap of with cleaning brush. Currently 71 degrees in the home and set thermostat to 69 per customer request. Explained the importance of maintaining labor warranty by meting on yearly maintenance plan.
