New ductwork, a new central air conditioner and a new gas furnace are all included in the typical HVAC installation cost of $6,820 to $12,350. Depending on the size of your house and the brand and grade of equipment you choose, replacing an HVAC system without ducting can cost anywhere from $4,820 to $9,350.
If the ducting has been there as long as the system that just broke down, you can just about guarantee it's in bad shape. With new ducting, there are no leaks and it hasn't gathered dust or allergies.
Plumbers are the ideal specialists to call when it comes to hot water flowing out of your faucets and showers, among other systems.
There are a variety of issues that might obstruct a water heater's capacity to perform its function. The most typical requests for water heater repair in an electric water heater are blown fuses, broken heating element and thermostat issues. For gas water heaters the problem usually relates to a pilot light going out or an issue with the gas supply. In any case, if your hot water heater has to be repaired, contact a professional.
Here are three of the main indicators that you have a bad electrical breaker box:
1. The Breaker Doesn't Remain in "Reset" Mode
It is likely that the breaker is short-circuiting. Ideally, you want a professional to inspect the inside of the unit and the walls more thoroughly to ensure that there are no other potentially harmful concerns.
2. A Burning Smell
If you smell something burning coming from the electrical panel box, it means that something isn't working properly. Turn off the main electricity to the house straight soon and contact an emergency service provider right once. This may result in the initiation of a fire in the residence.
3. Feels Hot To The Touch
If the circuit breaker (or the electrical panel box) becomes hot to the touch, immediately cut off the power to the house and call a professional for emergency assistance.

Customer called because of a sewage odor when they run furnace and air conditioner. Return duct was very filthy and needs to be cleaned. Flex duct for most run but trunk line is where build up is mostly(attached photos). Also recommend REME Halo air purifier to get rid of any odors that could be present. All checks with the system were good. Signed customer up for maintenance agreement. Filter size is EAC washable but replaced with a 16-25-5 filter while I was there.

Found a bad contactor, replaced the contactor and added a surge protector to help prevent future electrical issues.

Customer said furnace blower was not working. Found ecm motor bad and control board making a whining noise. Furnace is around 15 years old at best guess. Called around and could not find parts. Internet says they are discontinued. Furnace also appears oversized for the house. Customer is scheduled for a comfort advisor. Customer also asked about duct cleaning due to smells from the duct work. Recommend the best duct cleaning for deodorizing spray.

Performed maintenance on equipment. Changed AA313 filter and verified working status of plasma air air purifier and surge protection for both heat pump and mini split systems. Found no issues with the equipment at this time.

Maintenance on hvac system. Installed new eco bee 3 thermostat. I did not have filter size needed on van but current filter in system still has time left before changing.

Alex G.
Added reme led and aa413 filter. Confirmed operation. Cleaned blower and secondary heat exchanger.

Replace the water line going from the meter to the house

Issue that customer had did not occur while we were here but to here from them what was going on sounds like a temperature limit fault. House is still under going construction. I lowered gas pressure down a tad to 3.2 in wg. Informed customer to keep up with filter changes to ensure good airflow. Also showed customer how to read fault code for furnace if issue arises again. Found a bat in furnace and a squirrel in another. Set customer up on maintenance plan.

Service Call Platinum Client: Replaced the air filter and noticed a gas smell near the water heater. Homeowner had mentioned a burning smell within the home. Found a shutoff valve going to a gas fireplace downstairs leaking gas. I tightened down the packing and used digital gas detector and bubble checked for leaks after repair. Repair looks good. Checked all gas line connections in the utility room with digital gas detector and found no further issues. Homeowner was interested in water treatment. Performed a water test and found almost no chlorine and good levels of Ph.

Chris D.
System checked great, adjusted settings in the thermostat for proper operation of auxiliary heat and dropped off extra filters.

Performed Platinum Comfort Club Membership Tune-Up on Heating System Lennox furnace w/ AA413 filter on well gas. All checks good at this time. Customer pointed out small water leak spot appearing to come from filter box. Only one tiny corner spot was wet with no signs of a point of origin. However blew out all drains, trap, and tubing, ensured tight connection on coupling from inducer to exhaust and no water issue shown through rest of test operation.

Chris D.
Service Call Platinum Client Customer was concerned about the operation of their air cleaner and humidifier. Verified air cleaner is functioning properly. Humidifier I was able to put into test mode to verify mechanical operation but the humidity in the house is higher then the range of operation on the humidistat, so I cannot say if the humidity sensor is running accurately. If the humidifier is as old as the furnace is then that would make it 17 years old so the sensor may very well be drifting.

2020 Daiken mini split system (front kitchen) 1 head unit System is operating properly on both heat and cool. Cleaned and showed customer where filters are located. No signs of water or refrigerant issues at this time. Point of reference not present at this time, will leave quote for pricing of a Cozy Plan-yearly Agreement if interested. *Note: each additional unit is $100 if wanting to have the other systems on property maintenanced.
