Performed Platinum Comfort Club Membership Tune-Up on Cooling System 2006 Rheem split system w/ AA413 filter and washable filter in bottom of blower cabinet, and using r410a refrigerant. Purchased spare filter. Gas pressure, capacitors, and amp draws in range. Cleaned flame sensor and condenser coil. Ensured proper draining. Getting good temps on line and strong air through vents inside. Customer wishes to establish Cozy Plan today. All checks good at this time. Only recommendation I would add is to consider surge protection for the units. We can provide devices directly for the furnace(120v) and a/c (240v). These will help protect equipment from unforeseen occurrences that could damage electrical components and lead to more costly repairs. CUSTOMER WOULD LIKE MAILED PHYSICAL COPY OF INVOICE. I attached her sons email as backup but most likely not to be seen there.

Service Call Platinum Client, replaced primary limit, system still short cycling, found new limit from Johnstone was defective, put old limit back in system operating normally, adjusted gas pressure from 10.5 to 9.5 inH20 and adjusted blower speed from medium low to medium high, cleaned burner orifices, they were plugged causing delayed igniton, system now has a 57 degree temperature rise, operating normally.
