Service No Charge- package unit was in a fault for pressure switch not closing when I arrived(code 3). Motor seems to be pulling too much. When I hooked the manometer up to motor is was pulling 5in wg, tried several other times and got readings of 10 and 41 inwg. Switch (rated at .55 inwg) was not closing every time I hooked back up to it. Changed switch tubing and ensured port was clear for motor. I could manually close switch by sucking on the tube. After I removed power to reset the system everything worked like a charm. Motor was pulling 1.5 inwg. Tested ignition sequence multiple times. Ordering a new motor under warranty.

Aprilaire 8448 Non-Programmable Multi-Stage Heat/Cool or Heat Pump Thermostat Found zero issues with the package unit, running perfectly when I arrived and during. Noticed stat temp did not seem to be reading accurately so I replaced and again verified system came on and was operating. Told the customer if the problem persists afterward that we can refund them the cost of the thermostat.
