AC repair visit. Upon air conditioning repair inspection diagnosed system empty of 410A refrigerant, quoted recharging 13.3lb factory charge. System has leak, customer would like estimate for air conditioner replacement.

Customers blower wheel is coated in dirt and dust. Customer has severe dust allergy, ducts have never been cleaned. Customer interested in duct cleaning. Applied for financing, 6months no interest, duct cleaning scheduled for may 17.

Performed Platinum Comfort Club Membership Tune-Up on Heating System gas pressures measured at 3.42 with a 70 degree temp rise, pressures adjusted to 3.2 and achieved a 65 degree rise. changed filter (413) system passes combustion analysis with CO(o) 42 ppm, system operating normally at this time.

Service Call Fee: 29 years old Furnace, pilot will not stay lit, diagnosed failed thermocouple. replace thermocouple. system operating at this time. performed combustion analysis on system, system passes with 100ppm in exhaust, 50ppm or less in each chamber. spoke to customer about efficiency and safety concerns that come with age, system is a natural draft furnace running at 75% efficiency, customer uses propane, advised that a newer high efficiency furnace could save them cost on propane. customer would like an estimate to consider replacing

Performed Platinum Comfort Club Membership Tune-Up on Cooling System condenser coil is very dirty and full of grass clippings, cleaned coil and removed all grass from system. tested components all checked out well. customer operating system without a filter, did not have on that fit system. refrigerant pressures 124/267. verified 18° temperature drop.

Service Call Fee: Inspected the water heater. There is a leak from the lines above that is leaking onto the water heater. The tank has water standing on the top and is leaching between the shell and the tank. The water is coming out of the gas control causing the igniter to fail. The gas company has also shut the gas off to the water heater due to faulty pilot line because of the water leaking down it. Suggested that the water heater needed to be replaced due to the issues.

Service No Charge Upon inspection found unit had a dead snake that had curled up u Dre the board killing it and frying the board needs at least a new board to further diagnose. With the age of unit I would suggest replacement.

Service Call Fee: upon inspection found burnt control board and blower motor. Need furnace replaced.

Performed Platinum Comfort Club Membership Tune-Up on Heating System furnace is a 1989 sneider general furnace. customer does not have AC. inspected heat exchanger, metal of heat exchanger appears to be starting to warp but do not see any cracks. advised customer that the warpinh will eventually turn into a crack. advised customer of the age of the equipment, recommend replacing due to age and condition. overall system passes inspection but is very rusted due to age.

Performed Platinum Comfort Club Membership Tune-Up on Heating System Air Handler/ replaced filter, customer provided, checked all electrical connections, 11.3 ohms across heat kit, inspected blower motor and wheel, inspected drain line and condensate pump, inspected A coil. Heat Pump/ checked capacitor, inspected fan motor and blade, checked compressor, pressures 105/310, 35 degree temperature rise, system operating normally.
