2015 York split system w/ 20x25x1 filter. All checks good at this time. Customer is Cozy Home Plus member and is set to renew in Sept. around fall heating check.

14 yr old Nordyne furnace. Customer had replaced blower motor themselves. Set screw did not get fully tightened onto motor shaft when caused damage to new motor and blower wheel itself. I do not recommend repair on this unit. Customer has had multiple issues with this furnace and has requested an estimate to get new system. Estimate scheduled today 3-5pm.

Performed Platinum Comfort Club Membership Tune-Up on Heating System 2021 Ruud split system w/ AA213 filter. System has a Reme Halo present and uses zone control. All checks good at this time and system is operating properly.

Service Call Platinum Client - Inspected, Drained/Flushed and Refilled AO Smith ProLine 50 Gallon Natural Gas Hot Water Tank. Added Salt for Water Softener. Performed Home Inspection on All Plumbing Fixtures. Water Pressure - High, 105psi. Water Temperature - 120°F. Master Bathroom does not have a Pop Up Assembly and Lavatory Faucet is in Bad Shape, Recommended Replacing Both. Tightened Toilet Flush Handle and Fill Valve is Not Adjustable in Upstairs Master Bathroom, Toilet Double Flushes, Recommended Rebuild. Adjusted Toilet Fill Valve Air Gap and Tightened Flush Handle in Upstairs Gues Bathroom. Gave Quote for Water Pressure Regulator. Accepted. Need to Schedule an Appointment.

Service Call Fee - Removed Cut/Broken Laundry Box and Installed New Laundry Box with New Stops and Isolation Valves. Installed Isolation Valve for FrostProof. Installed 29"x14" Access Panel for Isolation Valves. Installed and Leveled Washing Machine. Main Drain Vent has Leaked at One Point. Water Pressure is Excessive - 95psi. Recommend Main Shut Off Valve in Crawl Space Where Water Line Comes Through the Wall with Water Pressure Regulator, Gauge, and Isolation Shut Off Valve. Thermal Expansion Tank is Busted and Needs Replaced.

Service Call Platinum Client-fan motor and capacitor need replaced on condenser unit. A mouse had gotten into unit and fried capacitor. Tried replacing cap and found the fan still would not run. Motor was very hot to the touch. Ordering new capacitor and motor under 10&10 warranty. Will bring two Skuttle 16x25x5 filters and do cooling maintenance as well on return visit
