Explanation of how to operate new system

They were thorough and patient while explaining and gave us a hands on lesson. They also checked out the workings of our new heating and air conditioning system and made a few adjustments. Did let customer know of Bogo deal going on. Do recommend replacement sign customer up on maintenance agreement, for unit replacement.

Did alert customers to issue. Will let dispatch know that we need to return on a slow day, so I can re-wire humidistat..
