The typical cost of air conditioning repair ranges between $200 and $1,000, with the average homeowner spending roughly $350 on AC repair. Most AC repairs are relatively inexpensive, costing less than $400, but some major repairs - like replacing a broken compressor - can cost over $1000. Ultimately, the price you’re quoted will depend on the parts and labor needed to fix the air conditioner.
Water heater repair costs, on average, about $585. Most water heater repairs cost between $218 and $953. Depending on the age of your water heater, it may be more cost-effective to just replace it. Your contractor will give you an honest opinion on whether to repair or replace at the time of your appointment.
If you have a circuit breaker that will not reset and quickly trips, the problem might be a short circuit. When a hot wire carrying current comes into contact with a neutral wire, a short circuit develops. A short circuit can damage appliances, cause overheating and even pose a fire threat. If you believe a short circuit is causing your circuit breaker to trip, turn it off and contact a certified electrician for repairs.

Performed Platinum Comfort Club Membership Tune-Up on Heating System 2021 Heil split system w/16x25x1 filter. Heavy build up inside cabinet of furnace during last attempt for anniversary check. 70% eff flue piping had work done in September to fix previous issues, cleanliness possibly stemmed from that. Ensured clear drains, cleaned equipment, good gas pressures on heat and line temps for cooling, all electrical components in range with good amp draws. System is operating properly at this time.
