Arrived to find unit nearly out of refrigeration, customer paid a different outfit last year to fill up and he said within 2 weeks it was not cooling. Advised customer that repair cost est approximately 2,000$ system has r22.. informed customer that this refrigeration type isn’t acceptable per epa standard schedule bid for replacement today
