Maintenance check on hvac system. Reduced gas pressure from 4 down to 3.3 inwg. Changed air filter. Surge protector and carbon monoxide detector are in good working order. Unable to check ac with all the ice built up on the unit, also water is shut off outside. Customer signed up on cozy plus so we can check system in proper season.
