Service Call Platinum Client: furnace issue caused by dirty flame sensor. proceeded with maintenance check and signed up for cozy plus maintenance plan. cleaned flame sensor, changed filter, checked gas pressure, and performed combustion analysis. 96% efficiency with acceptable carbon monoxide production. furnace is lacking on return air, suggest modifying and going with 5" one year filter.

Commercial Service Fee: repair motor bracket that was loose from other companys install of new motor blower has excessive vibration due to age and stripped out screws for blower housing mounting to blower deck. advised customer that there isn't really anyway to fix the vibration but could try a new wheel and housing assembly. customer Express concerns with sizing of furnace and AC and airflow in the building. does not cool the space very well. system is 14 years old, spoke to customer about replacing, wants estimate to replace and move system to loft above current furnace location

Service Call Platinum Client upon further diagnosis did discover defrost board to be failed as well at sensor did manually close sensor and unit would kick defrost for approximately 15 seconds. did quote for repairs customer would like a bid due to condition of system, system is 8 years of age but was not registered. did call standard air to confirm. did sign customer up on maintenance.
