Performed Platinum Comfort Club Membership Tune-Up on Heating System: Performed yearly checks on the furnace. Filter was clean. Checked electrical wiring and blower capacitor. Checked gas pressure and heat rise. Performed combustion analysis. All checks were good.

Arrived to find unit off, homeowner allegedly witnessed unit shaking violently. After giving unit a call for heat unit came right on as requested, no alarming noised. I placed unit into test mode and it responded as such. Nothing noticeable with a cause for the condition. Advised customer to keep an eye on it
