Service Call Fee: Customer had another company installed and repair his heat pump. System was empty on refrigerant. Customer is going to reach out to previous company for his warranty. Customer will call if he decides to have a leak search to properly diagnose equipment. I am attaching a quote for a leak search.

Install Heat Pump and Air Handler. New line set, pad and disconnect with whip. Add return in RA plenum. Set AH on box and add supply register in plenum.

Arrived and found system low on refrigerant and compressor failed. Need to replace in order to make system operational. It may be time to rhinitis about a more efficient system.
