Customer has 35+ year-old AC does utilize r 22 refrigerant, did find compressor to be locked up. Verbally quoted around $4500 to replace locked up compressor. Customer declined wants unit replaced, customer also stated that furnace has not worked since February do not know the issue a furnace.

Work performed under GHAC Quality Pledge: filter was extremely dirty did replace. airflow were set for 4 tons of air only getting a 11degree split did set airflow for approximately 1000cfm for 3 tons and adjusted Charge accordingly temp split was 21 degrees pressures were 119/320 SC 8.9 SH 15.9 coil temp 38.2.. did also find that main power switch to furnace to be wired wrong ( it was breaking neutral not hot wire causing backfeeding through hot wire) customer also stated that ac intermittently tripps breaker did find ac inrush amps pulling 24 amps and 9.9 on runtime. breaker that we installed is only a 20 amp needs to be 30 rated. will have to return with correct breaker do not have this type on my van.

Performed Platinum Comfort Club Membership Tune-Up on Heating System Checked filter and advised on an upgrade temporarily replaced with a 25x20x1 filter. Ran combustion Analysis. Cleaned and checked condensate pump. Checked and cleaned all electrical connections.
