Performed Platinum Comfort Club Membership Tune-Up on Cooling System Checked running refrigerant pressures and capacitor. Cleaned out the unit. Checked and cleaned all electrical connections. Noticed there is no surge protection on unit.

Performed Platinum Comfort Club Membership Tune-Up on Heating System replaced filter, cleaned cabinet and flame sensor, inspected blower motor and wheel, checked all wiring connections, inspected inducer motor, motor is a bit noisy and pulling .3 excess amps motor may need replaced soon, ran combustion analysis, all numbers within normal range, gas pressure was set to 3.3 inH20, 55 degree temperature rise, system operating normally.

Jason Bock was excellent at explaining aspects of my ac unit and what the problem was. He also showed me how to change the necessary filters and the correct setting for my humidifier. Very good service. Also, they were able to fit my unit in quickly.
